  • Polymer piezoelectric energy harvesters fabricated by tape casting method

▶ Fabrication of P(VDF-TrFE) thick films by tape casting
▶ Build-up prototype energy harvester with P(VDF-TrFE) films
▶ Voltage generation by bending test

  • Piezoelectric energy harvesting (PEH) under wind flow

▶ We observed the relationship between output voltage and wind speed.
▶ We probed different vibration phenomenon with varied position of PEH relative to wind incident direction.
▶ We found out optimum output power under varied load resistance.

▶ Three-dimensional energy harvester using dip-coating method & multi-directional electrode deposition
▶ Convert the mechanical energy into electricity via piezoelectric effect and amplified conversion
▶ Effectively generate electricity using low-frequency vibration energy abundant in the nature

  • Metal foam energy harvesters

▶ Piezoelectric material coating on metal foam used as 3D structure bottom electrode
▶ Due to high specific surface area, increasing power density
