  • TiN/PbTiO3 core-shell nanotube arrays

▶ Fabrication of TiN/PbTiO3 core-shell nanostruture using template-assisted ALD and PbO vapor reaction

  • PbTiO3 NanoHoneycombs

▶ PbTiO3 NanoHoneycombs are fabricated by vapor phase reaction of anodized TiO2 nanotubes
▶ PbTiO
3 nanoHoneycombs shows well-defined ferroelectric properties with the effective piezoelectric coefficient of 44 pm/V 

  • TiN/P(VDF-TrFE) core-shell nano arrays

▶ We fabricated core-shell P(VDF-TrFE)/TiN hybrid nanostructures and characterized their structural and piezoelectric properties.
▶ We investigated the current-generation properties of the P(VDF-TrFE)/TiN hybrid nanostructures using current mapping mode of AFM.

  • PUA/Pt/P(VDF-TrFE) core-shell nano arrays

▶ We successfully fabricated P(VDF-TrFE) core-shell structures using PUA pillars as a supporting structure.

▶ The P(VDF-TrFE) core-shell structure effectively generated output current of about +2 nA ~ -1 nA during triangular impulse loading-unloading cycling.
